We're responsible for our software. If wakesys goes down, that's on us. We take reliability seriously.

Don't be a jerk. Use wakesys for legitimate park operations. Don't try to break it or use it to harm others.
We're park operators who happen to build software. We'd rather spend time making wakesys better than arguing with lawyers about liability clauses. The formal terms are coming — but they'll basically say what's above, just with more "heretofores" and "notwithstandings."
